Il faut \u00e9tirer deux fois chaque groupe musculaire pendant la s\u00e9ance. Notez que l’\u00e9tirement se fait uniquement pendant la phase d’expiration. Ne forcez jamais m\u00eame s’il faut augmenter progressivement l’amplitude de votre \u00e9tirement. Il est important de s’\u00e9tirer dans le calme sans parler avec vos camarades.
